zk888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zk888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operating entity behind the zk888 platform, accessible at zk888.app, and all affiliated services and sub-domains.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zk888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the zk888 platform, associated with your verified identity and PKR wallet.
• "Platform" means the zk888 website, mobile web application, and all games, betting markets, live casino services, and other features made available at zk888.app.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within your zk888 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are enabled on your Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or free bet credits awarded to your Account by zk888.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

References to a singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or promotion, the specific game or promotion rules shall prevail in respect of that specific matter only.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the zk888 platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not already hold another active zk888 Account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of zk888 or any of its technology or gaming content suppliers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number (for two-factor authentication), a unique password, and your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document. You agree to keep your registration information current and to notify zk888 promptly of any changes.

zk888 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zk888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person or permit any third party to access or use your Account.

All transactions initiated from your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been made by you. zk888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your zk888 Account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where prompted by the platform.
• You must log out of your Account on any shared or public device immediately after your session ends.
• You must notify zk888 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Upon receiving notification of suspected unauthorised access, zk888 will temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. zk888 may, at its discretion, reverse transactions that are demonstrably the result of a compromised Account, subject to an internal review process.

All transactions on the zk888 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zk888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change at zk888's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are generally credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers are credited subject to standard interbank processing schedules. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your Account, and only after successful completion of KYC verification. zk888 processes withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes; bank transfers are subject to standard banking timelines.

zk888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees charged by your chosen payment provider.

zk888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to place a temporary hold on withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

zk888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be communicated to you at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your real-money PKR balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the standard Wagering Requirement applicable to welcome and deposit bonuses on zk888 is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting and cricket bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate; slot games contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the Account holder to whom they are issued. Transferring, selling, or otherwise exploiting bonuses for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• zk888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraud.

Players who are subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or deposit limit restrictions under the Responsible Gaming program are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the period in which those restrictions are active.

Each game and betting market available on the zk888 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket betting on PSL and international fixtures:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. zk888 does not guarantee the availability of any particular odds or market at any given time.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay for verification purposes. zk888 is not responsible for any market movements that occur during this processing period.
• zk888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the odds offered, where a match or event is declared void by the relevant governing body, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation.
• The maximum payout applicable to any single bet or accumulator is stated within the relevant market. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped accordingly.

With respect to live casino games, slots, and other casino-style products, all games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the relevant game information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on zk888, whether under your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to zk888 support promptly upon discovery.
• Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or redistribute funds between Accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of VPN services or other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the zk888 platform software or gaming content.

All content on the zk888 platform — including but not limited to the zk888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and databases — is the intellectual property of zk888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zk888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without prior written consent from zk888.
• Create derivative works based on any zk888 content, game interface, or platform feature.
• Use the zk888 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.
• Use any data scraping, web crawling, or automated data collection tool on any part of the zk888 platform.

Any unauthorised use of zk888 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond zk888's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the platform that is subject to technical error.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Losses attributable to your own gaming decisions, betting strategy, or participation in games of chance.

zk888 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. zk888 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zk888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

zk888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account dashboard after logging in via zk888 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period across all gaming activity on the platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zk888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and take effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

Upon termination for cause, zk888 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold the real-money PKR balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account following processing.

zk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to Wagering Requirements, withdrawal conditions, or player rights — zk888 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable local law, the applicable local law provision shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency only.

You agree that any dispute brought before a court or arbitral tribunal shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class action proceedings or consolidated claims with other players are not permitted under these Terms.
